Itinerary
Each of our holidays follows a simple standard itinerary:
- Monday:
- Arrival, no Yoga or Pilates sessions
- Tuesday to Sunday:
- Morning: Ashtanga Yoga with Dan Burt
- Afternoon: Classical Pilates with Samantha Kelly
- Monday:
- Depart hotel, no Yoga or Pilates sessions
There will also be the opportunity to become attuned to Reiki One and learn the basics of a Reiki practice during the free periods.
The rest of the time is your own to relax or explore the hotel and surrounding area.
